Old clip Hsing-i Animals
I ran across this old video on the net. Even though the style of Hsing-i is a bit different from that which I have seen, I found it very interesting and encouraging - What appears to be a man in his 80s, performing Hsing-i animals, still quite agile and strong. I would hope this is possibly due to the benefits of internal martial arts?
