TRANSCRIPT:

Hello, and Welcome to our guide to resources on print disability!

In this guide, you will find links to a wide variety of resources both available through the University of Toronto Libraries and freely available online.

Most of the resources in the guide are specifically on the topic of print disability, but you will also find some background information on disability studies, and links to general resources where you are most likely to find information on or relevant to print disabilities.

The guide is organized according to resource type, which you can navigate by using the labels at top of the page

To go to a particular resource, simply click on the title, in blue, and it will open in a new window or tab.
Those items available online, (including audio-visual resources, community resources, government resources, other resource guides and web resources) will bring you to the relevant web page. For books, you will be directed to the corresponding entry in the UofT library catalogue. For journal articles, you will be directed to the article page in its hosting database. You will need to sign in through U of T or your home university in order to access the full content within these online databases.

For tips on searching the catalogue and databases, and help finding relevant resources, click on the Search Help label at the top of the page.

Thank you for watching! We hope you find everything you're looking for, and please feel free to leave us comments and feedback at the bottom of the page.
