[HH] - temporarily hide element [HR] restore temporarily hidden elements
It hides the selected element temporarily so you can see what is behind or inside it.
You will see a cyan (blueish) border around your screen with the text "Temporary Hide/Isolate." It resets automatically if you close the file, or you can type HR (Hide Reset) to bring everything back instantly.
[EH] - hide element in view [EU] - unhide element
It hides the element in that specific view indefinitely. It acts as if the object doesn't exist for that particular drawing, but the object is not deleted from the project.
You might use EH if you have a piece of furniture that looks messy in a floor plan, but you still need it in the 3D model for rendering. There is no border. The element simply disappears.
