Ender 3 3D-Printer Troubleshooting: Poor Prints and Delamination
I'm sharing the problem I found that was causing poor 3D print quality and the solution that fixed the problem.
I was experiencing prints that seemed to be suffering from poor extrusion. There would be gaps in the print, as well as delamination of layers and an overall spongy feel to the print. The problem was not in the hot end, like I first suspected, but in the tension arm on the extruder motor assembly.
