Mac Pro 6,1 Upgrade Marathon Episode 2: Climbing Sierra to Mojave Desert

Been wanting to do this series for a while, using my trusty sidekick the 6,1 Mac Pro and let's do a OS upgrade marathon all the way to Monterey. This second episode goes through Sierra, High Sierra and Mojave. Apologies for the random resolutions my FCP was not playing nice with me during editing.
