Frustrated with not being able to find a #CDL pre-trip for Alaska, my co-worker and I decided to make one, to help us study for the test. We hope it helps you too. The end of the video is missing due to my memory card being full. Where I left off, Under The Bus Inspection:
Inside right front & rear tires (No Abrasions Bulges or Cracks
Drive shaft (Not bent, twisted, or cracked, four safety straps, u-joints secure free of foreign objects)
Differential (No damage, no leaks)
Two air tanks (secure, no audible leaks)
Frame (Longitudinal and cross members, not loose, crack, bent, broke or missing)
Fuel tank (Skid plate secure, no leaks)
Before Leaving the Yard:
Hard break (5 mph semi hard to stop)
Soft break (5 mph softy to a stop)
