How To Uninstall Windows Updates in Windows 10
Method 1:
-- Using Control Panel
-- Right click on Start button , then click on Control Panel
-- Click on Programs and Features
-- Click on View Installed Updates
-- Select update that you want to Uninstall
-- Click on Uninstall Button
-- Click on yes
-- Wait until update is uninstalled, after uninstalling update, it is recommended to restart your computer
-- After that, you can close Control panel and restart your computer if you like.

Using Settings app
-- Click on Start button , then click on Settings, this will open Settings app
-- Click on Update and security
-- Click on Advanced Options
-- Click on View Your Update History
-- Click on Uninstall Updates
-- Select update that you want to Uninstall
-- Click on Uninstall Button
-- Click on yes
-- Wait until update is uninstalled, after uninstalling update, it is recommended to restart your computer
