Gojo’s Domain-Expansion does not take 0.2 seconds to open, that’s the duration it’s expanded for and how long the people in Shibuya are exposed to Infinite-Void. When standing inside Gojo’s Domain you’re completely exposed to the sure-hit effect of Infinite useless Information that’s so lethal it can leave you hospitalized for months, that's why to make sure none of the civilians were too badly damaged Gojo only kept it open for 0.2 seconds.
