Solution:
Use anaconda Prompt only...... Not cmd prompt
1.pip install cmake
2.Install Visual Studio 2017 build tools from here (https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/th....
3.In Visual Studio go to the Individual Components tab, Visual C++ Tools for Cmake, and check the checkbox under the "Compilers, build tools and runtimes" section.
4.pip install dlib
