Frittata with Balsamic Onions & Parmesan, feat. Michael Harlan Turkell
This video is all about balsamic vinegar and the outstanding touch it can add to food and drinks alike. I'd like to introduce you all to Michael Harlan Turkell, author of the new book, "Acid Trip: Travels in the World of Vinegar." He dug deep into the world of vinegar and it took him from France to Italy to Austria to Japan and beyond.
While in Italy, he met the acclaimed chef Massimo Bottura (you know him from the Netflix series "Chef's Table"). Michael was inspired by Massimo to create this frittata that celebrates balsamic in all its glory.
This frittata is delicious, in that satisfying umami way, and considering how tasty it is you'd never believe how EASY it is! I highly recommend you try this recipe -- either for a simple weeknight dinner, or even for a dinner party.
