Repair of chip extractor Interskol CC1000 500

Periodic drop in chip extractor power. It started half a year ago, but recently the drops have become more frequent, which forced me to start searching for and fixing the malfunction. Possible cause is a capacitor malfunction, I replaced it, it works fine so far.
