Hi everybody!
Earlier today I wanted to write an email to a colleague but I haven't seen her for a few weeks, so I started like this:
Dear Sandra,
Happy New Year! Hope you had some time to relax and unwind over Christmas.
🔹relax and unwind - what does it mean? Well, unwind is very similar to relax.
🔸It means to relax and to allow your mind to be free from worry.
.
What do you do to relax and unwind?
Let me know in the comments - finish this sentence:
I like to relax and unwind by ........ and then use the verb in the -ing form.
For example, I like to relax and unwind by spending time with my family.
Thanks, Derek
