Unveiling of XTC tribute in Swindon & EXTC gig featuring Dave Gregory
On 18 July 2026, there was an unveiling of a crowd-funded permanent tribute to Swindon band, XTC. Later on that evening was a special EXTC: XTC's Terry Chambers and Friends gig where old XTC bandmate, Dave Gregory, joined the group for the final few songs.
That day was also Terry Chambers birthday and 50 years since XTC had played Swindon's Town Gardens Bowl, which is where the EXTC gig was held.
