Split frequency operation on the FTDX3000
One of several ways to transmit on a frequency different from the one you are listening to on a Yaesu FTDX3000. Another way is to use the "SPLIT" button which will put transmit on the B VFO, leaving the receive on the A VFO. Another way is to use the CLARIFIER (RIT) and set the RX CLAR 5 kHz lower than the A (transmit) VFO.
