There's a question that I get asked a lot: can a bad ending ruin a good story? I think the answer depends...but in the case of Jane Romero, I'd argue that it definitely hurts. Jane Romero's lore is some of the best lore I've read so far...but then when they threw in her tome? Oh sweet mercy did the lore tank.
