Some mods will provide you with large amounts of nuggets of various sorts. Most probably you want to transform them into Ingots directly, and this video will show how to do it with AE2.

Depending on what mods you have in your pack you can do this in different ways and with different machines. With Thermal Expansion you can probably use Cyclic Assemblers, and Buildcraft offers the Auto Workbench, but I wanted to show this with pure AE2. Because sub networks and auto-crafting is so fun! :)
