Enabling Maximum Render Quality produces better quality scaling in Premiere Pro. This brotorial shows the two locations to enable it as well as the appropriate times to do so.

•Maximum Render Quality enables better quality scaling.
•It applies to resizing clips, using Warp Stabilizer, and exporting different resolutions.
•Enable Max. Render Quality under Sequence Settings.
•It’s system intensive so you may want to enable at the end of an edit.
•Finally, check the box in the Export Settings for your final render.
