Dana's Health Update - Healing Your Gut
This is not my regular guitar video. It is a video about the GAPS diet, which I went on for 2 years back in 2015 to heal my gut. It worked! I saved my thyroid! Now I am going back on it again to try to get rid of some arthritis in my hands so I can keep playing guitar. We'll see if I can stick to it! Be prepared... it is a hard diet to follow, but totally worth it when you are healed of your internal illnesses!
