Interactive Music Performance Table - DJ App
Demonstration of a DJ application I wrote for my custom built performance table.
Control is sent via the objects on the table using Reactivision to track visual markers. This control data is then processed in Max MSP and converted to MIDI to control a DJ style performance in Ableton Live.
Control data from Reactivision is also processed using the Processing program language to create visual feedback via a projector underneath the table.
Unfortunately the camera couldn't focus on the text so I will upload some photos soon if you want to see what the visual feedback is like in detail
