Extreme anger, conflict: the sad story of Ali and Khadijah.
The young and distraught mother arrived at Ali and Khadija's house out of breath and with a heart full of anxiety. It had been a few days since his daughter Fatima ran away from home and took refuge with them. This mother did not sleep or eat all these days and did not rest for a moment. With eyes that were red from sleeplessness and worry, he knocked on the door of Ali and Khadijah's house.
Ali opened the door with a tired and worried look. Khadija also appeared at the threshold of the door and tried to calm the anxious mother with a kind smile. But the mother asked without any pause: "Where is Fatima? Where is my daughter?" His voice trembled with worry.
Ali replied in a quiet voice: "We were also worried about Fatima. But a few days ago she left us and we no longer hear from her."
This answer hit the mother like a sledgehammer. He expected to find his daughter here, now he faced a more bitter truth. He put his hands on his head as a sign of desperation and started crying loudly. "How could you leave him alone?! You should have been taking care of him!"
Heartbroken for her mother, Khadija said softly, "We did everything we could. We advised her and tried to help her. But she decided to leave."
Out of anger and worry, the mother rushed to Khadija and shouted: "How is that possible?! She is still a child, you should have kept her!"
Ali tried to stand between the mother and Khadija and explain in a gentle tone: "Please calm down. We didn't want this to happen. Fatima was under pressure and decided to go somewhere else. We are also worried about her and we are trying to find her. "
"I want my daughter. You must be responsible," said the mother, who could not bear this situation anymore.
Khadija said with a sad look, "We are worried like you. Maybe if we work together, we can find him."
These words are a little of the mother's anger and sadness. He wiped his tearful eyes and said, "You are right. We should think about finding Fatima instead of fighting."
And thus, despite all the differences and concerns, the mother, Ali and Khadijah decided to work together to find Fatima and bring her back home as soon as possible. Their cooperation showed the strength and importance of solidarity in difficult moments.
