In July 2022, Ina and Vanessa, known online as "Couple on Tour," were blissfully happy: they had been married for a year and were just days away from the birth of their first child. Then, Ina suddenly suffered a severe stroke. While Vanessa gave birth to their daughter Olivia two days later, Ina was in a coma.
