Running explorer.exe from Logon Screen in Windows XP Starter Edition

Windows XP Starter Edition is an edition for low-end PCs in developing markets. Unlike other editions of Windows XP, it automatically logs on and thus doesn't support multiple user accounts; there's also no way to set a password for the only user account. But that doesn't mean we can't log on as SYSTEM! Let's do the same as if we're trying to run explorer.exe from the logon screen in other editions but we'll need to do extra steps to see what's it like in the Starter Edition!

Things I didn't mention in the video:
The directory for the only normal user account is %HOMEDRIVE%\Documents and Settings\Owner.
