If you're looking to install a Rugged Ridge bikini top or safari top on your Jeep, but don't have the header, this Rugged Ridge Summer Brief/Roll Bar Windshield Header will provide a solution. One of the best features about this header is that it installs easily, without any drilling. Ultimately, you get a header that does its job well, which is the most important factor. This product will work on any 2007 to 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK.
Durable Build. This header is made of aluminum, and has a gloss black powder coat finish. That means it doesn't weigh much, plus will resist rusting or corroding. Snaps integrated into the bottom of this header makes for great fitment with your Rugged Ridge top of choice. There's also room for bars and tightening knobs, so you can get this on the top of your windshield frame in about the same location as where your soft top attaches.
Simple Installation. This header has been designed to be a completely bolt-on, no-drill installation process, making it easy enough for anyone to do. Plan on only spending about 30 minutes on this project. You just lay your top upside down, slide this header into the pocket it's designed to fit inside, and use the snaps to anchor it into place. Then you lay the header on top of the windshield frame, and use the included hardware to tighten it down.
