Learn Power BI in 2024
Welcome to this Power BI tutorial! Is video mein hum jaanenge ki kaise RELATED function ka use karke dusri table se data fetch karte hain aur us data par calculations karte hain. Hum ek basic example aur ek advanced scenario cover karenge. Chalo shuru karte hain!

RELATED ko Columns mein kyu use karein, Measures mein nahi?
• RELATED Function: Dusri tables se single values ko row-by-row basis par fetch karta hai.
• Calculated Columns: RELATED use karo kyunki yeh har row ko individually evaluate karta hai aur results store karta hai.
• Measures: Data ko aggregate karne ke liye design kiya gaya hai aur context par depend karta hai, jo RELATED jaise row-by-row functions ke liye unsuitable banaata hai.
Jab hum 0.95 se multiply karte hain, to hum value ko 5% se reduce karte hain. Yeh isliye hota hai:
• Multiplying by 1: Value ko same rakhta hai (100% of original value).
• Multiplying by 0.95: Yeh matlab hai ki aap original value ka 95% le rahe ho, jo 5% kam kar raha hai.
Toh, jab aap 0.95 se multiply karte hain, aap kuch aur nahi add kar rahe, aap original value ka 95% le rahe hain, jo full value se 5% kam hai.
Example se Samjhaate Hain:
Original Cost: Maal lo original cost $100 hai.
Multiplication by 0.95:
• $100 * 0.95 = $95
Result: Cost $5 se reduce ho gayi, jo $100 ka 5% hai.
