How to become a real estate agent - Here's what you need to know
In this video, we'll talk about how to become a real estate agent.
To become one, you must take a course and a final exam. If you pass both the oral and written tests, you'll receive your license!
This document entitles you to be a real estate agent and to practice the profession in compliance with current legislation.
Here are the requirements to apply for a Real Estate Agent license:
👉 Be at least 18 years old
👉 Be a European citizen
👉 Enjoy full civil rights and not be disqualified, incapacitated, bankrupt, convicted of crimes against the public administration, or convicted of other crimes
👉 Have a high school diploma
👉 Attend a professional training course and pass the relevant exam (written and oral) at the Chamber of Commerce to obtain a Real Estate Agent license
👉 Be registered in the Chamber of Commerce's business register
👉 Have professional risk insurance
The license must be renewed every 4 or 5 years, and it is sufficient to submit the application to the Chamber of Commerce, attaching the expired license.
