Installing 64-bit Ubuntu Desktop 16.04.1 in VirtualBox

Make sure to mount the DVD ISO image using VirtualBox itself instead of using third-party disk image mount tools, or it will most likely fail when trying to install.
Here we used an emulated 40 Gigabytes hard disk. 32 Gigabytes are for the data partition and 8 Gigabytes are for swap space.
