«The Appearance of Christ Before the People» / Masterpiece stories
In a series of short videos of the permanent exhibition of the Tretyakov Gallery in Lavrushinsky Lane we will talk about the masterpieces of Russian art. We shall start with one of the most significant paintings in Russian art, Alexander Ivanov’s «The Appearance of Christ before the People».
