[React Native] Upload Photos and record it in both RealTime Database and Cloud Firestore
In this part, we are mainly install the plugin such as expo image picker, constant and permission. User can use the app to pick the image they want and display the image in the app in this part. In the next part, we will go to connect the app to the Firebase and upload the photos to the storage.
