For System Shock 2, there are no single "HD" mods like Half-Life. Instead, there's multiple mods that each do their own job. One for increasing the resolution of textures on map objects, one for HUD, one for ejecting brass, and one for increasing the polycount of humans and The Many. There is also one for increasing the resolution of the game entirely (1280 x 800 in the video) and another for increasing the quality of the music. They are updated, but if they look better or not especially to original fans is debatable.

In my video, I will demonstrate to you the following System Shock 2 mods at their versions during the time in the following order:
Shock Texture Upgrade Project (leaded by Clay "ZylonBane" Halliwell)
System Shock 2 Interface Upgrade (by Densei)
Widescreen Mod (included in Kolya's SS2Tool)
Ejecting Brass (by blaydes99)
Rebirth Beta (My now outdated version by Cyberblutch I think, it's not shown completely in my video though)
Shock Music Update (conversion by Schatten)

Thanks for Strangebedfellows.de (now SystemShock.org) and Kolya for keeping the files up as I keep coming back to this game.

Sept 14, 2011 edit: I'm not a big random channel and I don't how this video gets a lot of views (3.5K is a lot to me) and likes, but cheers guys, appreciate it. I edited this description accordingly, added some credits (I'm very open for correction) and a forum link. I included the words "Some Updated" in the title and threw in about three extra relevent tags but they're nothing like the the guys who get views, comments, and likes for spamming them, but this particular isn't too much about views as it is about helping players find mods. Cheers again.
