Japan's Most Unexpected Membership!

I joined one of Japan's most unexpected gyms... and it turned out to be so much more than just a place to work out. 🇯🇵

A gym membership with a 24-hour fitness centre, onsen, sauna, royal hot stone bed, golf driving range, car wash, laundromat and more? I had to see if it was really as good as it sounded.

In this week's video, I take you inside a unique Japanese gym in Wakayama to show you everything included in the membership. Along the way I have my first InBody body composition scan, learn more about Japan's wellness culture, and then head to Rinku Premium Outlets to shop for my very first proper gym outfit.

As many of you know, this year I've been focusing on improving my health and building strength. Rather than chasing a number on the scales, I'm learning to enjoy moving my body again, and this gym might just become an important part of that journey.

If you've ever wondered what gyms in Japan are really like, or you're curious about everyday life beyond the tourist attractions, I hope you enjoy coming along with me.

❤️ Thank you so much for watching and for supporting this little corner of Japan.

If you are new to the channel, my name is Chani and I am a middle aged Australian who was stuck in a rut and moved to Japan to live. I bought an Akiya or empty house and started renovating. I'd love it if you subscribed and joined the community. I look forward to seeing you in the next video 😀
