Create Opportunity Team Member using a Flow
In this video, I walk you through a use case example : Create Opportunity Team Member on the creation of a related object to opportunity using an After Insert Flow. This can be done in multiple ways and you can totally skip the check of existing Opportunity Team Members but it's a good idea to check existing Opportunity team member to prevent additional updates or email alerts, etc that might go out if you have any automation on Opportunity Team Member creation.
