PoE - 3.28 | CoWB Ward Stacker - Uber Melting
Build name: CoWB
This is my promise about release one stacking ward build which I said earlier in the introducing video about Ward Tech & Timeless.
I also wanted to challenge myself in a limit of spending on the build to make it not too expensive but still work well.
(I decided to drop 1 ward flask and swift affliction support, to get more damage instead of break 28k ward limit, cause it feels better in performance)
And guess what, here we go guys!!!
