For those who initially watched the video and didn't understand its essence:
A 2020 Mac arrived with the following issues:
1) Works only when charged / plugged in and shuts off when running on battery power.
2) The battery indicator always shows 1% charge, even though the Mac was left charging for two days.
3) The system is extremely slow / terribly laggy / lags - a slow response time of several seconds to any action.
About the service:
1) We saved the client's original battery! (Not every service center can do this)!
2) We saved money on repairs compared to the cost of a new battery and its replacement (a refurbished Chinese battery + replacement usually costs around 7,000 rubles on average).
