The experience as a Video and Sound Editing Student in Ghana
Before I joined the bootcamp, I only watched videos without thinking about editing. After the program, I learned how to cut, mix, and edit both video and audio.
Now, I can create short clips and add background music to make videos more engaging. For my project, I edited a class video from our Bootcamp. My teacher, Miss Atinuke, gave us time to explore the editing tools on our own, and everyone was excited to create their own clips.
At first, editing was moderately challenging, but it quickly became enjoyable — especially when making fun and creative videos. While many of my friends only use TikTok edits without knowing professional tools, I can now edit better-quality videos for school projects or online sharing.
This course gave me confidence in using video editing tools and inspired me to keep practicing creative storytelling through media.
