Gora (Gore Occult Rot Annihilation) is a side-project created by the 3 members of Mordor from Switzerland (those of "Csejthe", "Odes"...). the band recorded their first tracks around 1990-91, that were released on the limited and unofficial compilation tape with Arog and Mordor. Arog is the 1st incarnation of Mordor but here they play an obscure primordial vomited blackmetal.

...Mordor arose from the ashes of the primordial obscure black metal band Ärog, founded in 1987 and split-up in 1990 without any official recordings released due to disagreements with the drummer. besides Mordor / Arög , the members had also the other side-project GORA (or G.O.R.A. , "Gore Occult Rot Annihilation"), a mix of blackened goregrind and noise.

early tracks of GORA were released in 1991, on a rare limited compilation tape "Arog / Mordor / Gora" with a rare Mordor track and some Arog tracks, the only Arog stuff recorded, and still in an unofficial way... the Arog stuff was released apart even as a rare bootleg under the title "Rehearsal-demo '1990"....
