SHIRO GAMES has a Massive Bug in their Masterpiece

Alright boys, their is a massive bug in WARTALES and it's been driving me nuts. The 'bug' appears to be a hitching problem. A brief stutter that happens consistently causing a jarring effect on screen which can also impact gameplay. In this video I identify the bug in both old and new playthroughs. I also hypothosize a potential cause of the bug as well as provide what seems to be a workaround. However, more testing is required and the workaround is not perfect and may not work in all cases.
I would like to hear everyones thoughts, especially those of you who have encountered this nastely little bug. My hope is that we can draw enough attention to this issue so that Shiro Games dedicates more resources to irradicating the bug for good.
