Fix Copilot Verify your age problem in Windows 11.
Windows 11 24H2 brings the public version of Copilot and removed the preview tag from the application. But there are several negative feedbacks about this new AI companion.
One major problem is Verify your age. When you launch Copilot, it shows you two options Verify your age or Sign in with another Microsoft account.
When you click on Verify your age button you are taken to Your info page of your Microsoft account. Commonly, readjusting your age and clicking on Save activate the Copilot.
This makes the Copilot working.
However, some users face a problem here. Instead of entering the correct age they are unable to open Copilot. Actually, Copilot gets stuck in a loop of Verify your age process.
If Copilot is verified then It’s alright. Otherwise, you can follow the steps:
In case, your Microsoft account is new or recently created then you need to have patience. Copilot may take a maximum of 3 days to be verified.
If you are using the existing Microsoft account and still the Copilot keeps showing Verify your age button then
• Click on Search.
• Type copilot.
• Right click on App settings.
• Click on Repair.
• Then Click on Reset.
• Let the process complete.
• Now launch Microsoft Edge browser and click on 3 dots.
• Select Privacy, search, and services.
• Click on Choose what to clear for Clear browsing data now.
• Click on Clear now.
• Once completed, restart your computer and open Copilot.
You should keep one more thing in the mind. You must be at least 18 years old to use Copilot.
