This Japanese morning workout includes three minutes of Radio Taiso number 1 exercises, practiced in Japan every morning for over the past 100 years, designed to increase mobility, flexibility and strength. I've added butt kicks and additional stretches at the end of the routine.

Since Radio Taiso number 1 exercises are only three minutes in length, I slowed it down and repeated it three times, to help you learn this fun, energizing routine quicker.
