Organizing for Autism and ADHD is different than the 'one-size-fits-all' way we sometimes get confronted with. In this video I'l discuss both my executive dysfunctioning and my 'out of sight out of mind' object permanence kinda issues and how I'm working on making them both less 'invasive' on a daily basis. For this I put all my stuff into categories, made everything within those categories visible and at the same time managed to make it as clutter-free as possible. So basically organizing for Autism and ADHD is a way of preventing overstimulation by creating structure, making cleaning easier due to having more clear surfaces and that way hopefully creating a calmer life.

The videos I'm referring to while organizing are these ones:
   • Sustainable cleaning: saving your sanity v...   (saving your sanity vs saving the planet)
   • How interior design affects mental health ...   (how environmental factors impact us)

Although I know that healthcare isn't readily available for everyone, please just know that me and my videos are never a replacement for proper medical care in whichever way, shape or form. ♡

(Yes, this all sounds kind of official. And even though I do also try to protect myself with this, I just really need you to know that my tips and ideas are coming from a helping and caring heart rather than of a professional one. I also really like to use this as a way to emphasize to just generally not take things on social media at face value without a medical or other health-care professional reiterating those tips and/or advice, as I see happen way too often and can be dangerous to your health. And that's what's most important to me: for you to be, become and/or stay healthy ♡ )

I hope these tips on organizing for Autism and ADHD will help you, too ♡
