Run Every Day:Day 64 - The One Mile Shuffle (A mile is a mile)
Day 64. Shuffling along with partially blocked sinuses. But, speed is not important, a mile is a mile. On the 1st January 2020 I set myself a personal challenge - to "run every day for a year". This is my journey so far.
