Jackdaw - Eve Online PvE Ship Fitting Guide
The ultimate light missile or rocket platform for combat, the Jackdaw features bonuses to damage, rate of fire, and reload time. Its strong shield resistances and frigate-sized signature radius in Defense mode make it a shield-tanking powerhouse.
This is the third part of a series showcasing the use of tactical destroyers for running high-security combat sites. While the Jackdaw does have a glaring EM resist hole, its ability to engage NPCs at extreme range make it a strong choice against all pirate factions -- even the Blood Raiders or Sansha's Nation. It only struggles against the most difficult combat sites with stasis towers, such as the Angel, Blood, or Sansha Vigil. This video reviews the fitting options, then highlights several PvE fits, including two capable of tanking the Vigil sites.
