This is the first Doraemon opening (1979 anime adaptation) used during 1979 from Episode 1 to Episode 156, but I found it without credits or lyrics to the opening song "Doraemon no Uta." I was recreated with the original credits in hiragana instead of kanji and including the original opening lyrics. This information was taken from the Japanese Wikipedia.
