Here is a selection of some magical moments at the sound yoga nidra, held on Sunday 30th October 2022.
It was a wonderful co-creation that carried us beyond time and space. Listen especially to the humming (at 1:10 min) by 50+ people, which set the vibe for the entire session.
I was honoured to close the festival with this inner journey before we travelled back home.
My deep gratitude goes to all my teachers and guides who have passed this knowledge and gifts to me, and which I’m hoping to pass on to many people whose paths cross with mine.
