Enjoy our hand rolled Waraq 'Inab Bil Lahmeh made with the freshest local ingredients and ready to eat in 90 minutes flat. Simply arrange the pre-rolled vine leaves in a medium pot, add 800ml of hot water, vegetable stock and season with salt, pepper, all spice & olive oil. Cover the vine leaves with a plate then cover the pot with a lid. Once the water boils, lower heat & simmer for 90 mins. Easy as that!
Gourmet Tip: We recommend adding sliced tomatoes, onions & seasoned lamb chops at the base of the pot before adding vine leaves. Serve with squeezed lemon and a yoghurt cucumber salad with fresh mint for dipping.
