This video is going to help understand market context and our job as traders is being able to adapt to what the market is telling us.
I know when explaining the S&P 500, I said it was a "trending day", but meant to say it was a balanced day. On balancing days, you should walk away to not even trade, size down on your positions, or TAKE PROFITS FAST. When the market is trending, you will have nice clear trends where you can hold onto winners longer. You will be able to get better at seeing the signs and clues through screen time and experience.
