SDU Tools 107 ROT13 Encoding and Decoding in T SQL
SDU Tools are free tools and example T-SQL code for SQL Server developers and DBAs. This function takes a string and encodes or decodes it using ROT13 encoding (i.e. rotates alphabetic characters by 13).
