Basketball Training-Elite Guard Training Drills For Serious Players!!
During this elite basketball training session, Skills Specialist Walter Scott challenged Rockwall Heath HS guards with advanced ball handling, shooting & footwork drills. The emphasis was put on accelerating their handles using two ball drills. Some of the stationary ball handling drills were incorporated into shooting drills in order to increase reps of dribble moves and strengthen handles. Also a lot of emphasize was put on shooting footwork & proper shooting mechanics in catch and shoot situations as well as off the dribble.
