Note: I realized after shooting the video that the installation instructions DO indicate how the crystals are to be installed after all. I will still say, however, that the instructions are still not very clear, and even the staff at Restoration Hardware with whom I spoke with to ask for help were not able to answer my installation questions, even though they had access to the same set of instructions that I had. Overall, I am still very happy with the quality of Restoration Hardware’s products as well as their otherwise wonderful customer service!
