8-bit Music - Steven Universe Extended Theme
Here is an 8-bit rendition of the Steven Universe Theme.
I will be making more songs like this, and I do take suggestions. (If I refuse to do a song, that means that either someone else better than me has already made a version, or that the song would not translate well into an 8-bit format.
FYI: This is genuinely an 8-bit song (not just something sounding like it) and if I bothered to make the correct file type, it would play perfectly fine on an NES emulator.
The software I used is called FamiTracker (I know, weird name) and is very simple and easy to use, once you get used to it. (It took me about ten minutes to figure it out.) It has all the tools you need to create really good 8-bit music. If you're ambitious, it also allows you to export the song in a format compatible with NES emulators. (and if you're marginally insane, a real NES)
There are some very good tutorials on YouTube that can get you started rather quickly.
