A Passat B3 with a 2.0 2E inline-four engine producing 115 hp versus an Audi 90 with a 2.0 PS inline-five engine also producing 115 hp. In the first run, we simply checked the ignition timing and started the car, then adjusted the ignition timing on the Passat using the starter and ran it again.
